Has anyone been using the weighted hula hoops, eith on the recovery boards or duing warm up / cool down stretches? Our Curves just got them a few weeks ago.
My DD can do it -- she's already lost an inch in her waist... but I can't seem to get the hang of it now.
I used to hula all of the time for exercise 15 or so years ago when I was younger and much, much slimmer.
Any hints or suggestions? Anyone know where to purchase them?
