The spreadsheet is very useful. Thank you Tracylee. I was just wondering if the 35 extra points is added onto your target points or do you like to keep them separate?

    , sure, make me think!
It's kept separate in the spreadsheet.

In looking at the daily worksheet tab: The target is your actual daily target, then any extra points would show up as a negative balance for that day, and a positive at the end of the week for your total flex points.

I just join Weight Watcher thru my job they will be going every Friday at noon and so far so good and motivated but I need to keep this up. I have lost 6 lbs from April 26th thru today so I'm hoping I can keep it up.

Going back to curves also just went Friday and yesturday. I'm pooped today but still went for a quick 15 min bike ride.

There are a couple of free programs that are useful for those with Palm Pilots:

Calorie Factor is a basic points calculator. The display is easy to use, with large font and buttons.

WWCalc is an older program, and is no longer supported. It allows you to keep a food journal, and also has a calculator. Unlike Calorie Factor, the calculator allows you to use decimal points, which is handy (when you have fat grams listed as 1.5 g, for example). As the program is older, it does not support the use of memory expansion cards.

To determine your activity points, WW factors in your weight, the amount of time you did the activity for, and the intensity you did it at (light, moderate, or high). You can use this calculator online:

Weight Watchers also has an article will help you if you aren't sure about the "light, moderate, and high" intensity levels.
