Thanks Lauren - I lost the "shopping list" page from my purple book, also mine doesn't contain sample menus either - is there somewhere I can get a hold of them too - this would be a big help.

i don't have my book with me...sorry...but in the book where it explains the phases week by week should have sample daily menu's...if not, hopefully someone on the forum can get them to you.
sorry i can't help! they're not really necessary though...as long as you stay within your carb limits in a healthy way, you'll do great!!

i get home in a week and i could send them to you if not one else has by then!
good luck!! i love the program.

Thank you again Lauren - I'm going to Curves tomorrow morning, hopefully they can help me out there - I've had the book for a few years, so pages have fallen out (I guess I should just get another one) and thanks for the offer of sending them to me when you get home, but I'm sure you're going to be busy with friends and family -- you've been away a long time. I know I'm not alone in thanking you for all you're doing over there.

    Happy Thanksgiving
