This is kinda scary, but here goes.
I don't have any "official" looking before pics. This is the best I can do. I'm going to try to figure out how to get stills from my sister's digital video that I was talking about. Who knows how long that will take. For now, this is all I have. N~ |

Looking good ladies. Keep it up.
 I started my own challenge today, I am determind to lose. I am at 197 YIKES. I just want to lose. Right now I can wear 14/16. I'd like to be a 12. I am 5'8" so a 12 is good for me I have been my smallest 105 Pounds, and I looked NASTY! Wish me luck |

I also am wearing a 14/16 and would like to be a 12. Right now at 225 *sob*... we can totally do this!! if you need a buddy... i am totally down for that!!

3P1B - the difference in a year is amazing! Excellent work
Fairie - I started at 225 in Sep, wearing a size 22. I am now 185 and a size 16. (Man, now I need to find some pictures to post, too). If I can do this, so can you. Just remember, this is a long term plan and will not happen overnight (darn it). We will all get there with the support and encouagement from our Forum buddies.

Thank you very much for the encouragment... .it is hard to know that it will take time...but... i will make the most of it!!
I wish i had found curves when i started working out.... i have lost 20 lbs on my own...but.. only 3 total inches since i was not toning anything... I really hope to see some amazing results and be able to post my wedding pictures in November and be proud... . i know that without you guys here.. i would never make it!! *hugs* and everyone... for your pics... man... you guys all look so amazing!! I could not get my computer to see some of them before.. but i fixed it!! Keep up the great work!!
