I am on day 5 of Phase 1 and I have just been soooooo hungry the whole time. I only have about 15 lbs. to lose and I am doing the high protein version which I chose because I read that I would not get as hungry. Is this normal or should I switch to the other version? I try to eat the free foods, but I just get hungry again soon after eating them. I do not drink a Curves shake.
