    Be sure to have a trainer check your alignment getting into and using the machine. It's important to use the correct form on that one. Well, on all of them, really.

    Correct form will make all the difference! I suffer from chronic back and knee pain and the machine does not impact at all... once i got the hang of it, that is. Good luck!

    I told the manager today about it and she said the pads to lift are heavy but she will have a coach lift the pads for me each time I get in so I don't hurt my back
