    Stalled

    Ugh. I've been bouncing between 171 and 169 for two weeks now! AARRGGH. What can I do to kick this stall?

    Try mixing up the time of day and days week you work out. And add a different type of workout to your schedule. Also, if you've backed off on tracking food, start keeping a food diary again. Little changes can stall you and can jump start you, too!
