    Question New Curves Stretching Machine

OK, so how come all you people who went to convention managed to keep quiet about this?????

    Here it is.....

We got a new piece of equipment...

It's a Stretching Station!!!! It's WONDERFUL!! It's a big cube and each of the 4 sides can accomodate a person doing 3-4 of the stretches. When you've done all 4 sides, you're done. I have never felt so stretched as when I finished. I can't wait to work out again just so I can stretch!

So, does anyone else have this or are we the first? It's so exciting!!!

Oh wow, this sounds WONDERFUL! If it's even half as good as the stretching station that we saw at the golf show a few years ago, it'll be a marked improvement! Sounds like a LOT of fun and I hope it arrives with our new hydraulics...WHEN we get our 40 new members that is....

Kewl... I haven't heard anything about that... then again, my club has 16 machines and is still missing 2 (lots of doubles) so I'm not sure we'll see anything new in the near future. I'm trying to imagine this stretching cube... I need someone to take a picture!

It's so hard to describe. I'd guess each side is 6x6. One one side you have something that looks similar to the pec dec, but in reverse to stretch. It also has little tiny ramps to stretch your calves on. And something to hold onto to do a back stretch.

Another side has a bar across the top to do the overhead stretch (I LOVE that one) and something that looks similar to the leg extension/curl machine, but you use it to do the quad and leg stretch.

The third side has a bar/pad to put your knee against to do the oblique stretch, and places to hold while you do forward and side lunges to stretch your legs.

The last side has a bar to hold to do the back stretch and the tricep stretch. VERY effective! It also has a 'chair' with handles so you can do that last back stretch that you're supposed to do lying on the floor.

Anyway, I can't say enough positive about it. It made me realize what a poor job of stretching I was doing simply because of my bulk. Now, no more excuses!!!!!!!

I can't wait to see if anyone else gets it soon and what you think about it!!!!
