Hi! I don't have any idea of how to put pictures on here so instead I will tell you my results. I have been a Curves member since February 13, 2004. I finally got measured last Saturday. I lost 13 pounds and 16.5 inches so far! I was so excited! Since I have started integrating exercise into my life I have dropped 42 pounds and lots of inches (I wasn't counting them then!). But I am more toned than every before since starting Curves. If I can figure out how to put my picture on I will! Hope this helps!

Anyone who doesn't have a web site to post to can e-mail me their pictures and I'll get them posted.
This is a feature we'll be adding in the future along with a before and after section. It's in the planning stages still  EDIT: You NO LONGER have to have a website to post your photos. Simply use the attachment feature by scrolling down past the box where you type your message and click on the "manage attachments" button in the "additional options" section. Then you can browse and find the file on your computer and upload it that way.

this is my before and current shots
the before was actully a few weeks in and I was already at 286lbs and the Current was taken last month and I was at 214 (that day anyways *rolls eyes*)
