By continuing with registration you have agreed to read the FAQ and follow the rules there. And that you
understand that we are not connected with Curves International, however this forum is and will remain
focussed on support of Curves Fitness. Registering here for any other purpose is strongly
discouraged.
Although the [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] message boards are moderated, occasionally messages can slip by
us that may contain inaccurate information and/or may have been posted by someone pushing their products.
Remember, too, that the majority of posts are by lay people sharing "their" experiences.
Information

only and is NOT intended as a substitute for professional medical advice,
diagnosis or treatment. Never disregard or delay seeking professional
medical advice because of something you have read on these boards.

These are not intended to replace the FAQ or the information
therein.
1) This is a public forum.
Please conduct yourself in the same courteous, respectful manner you would
in any public arena.
2) Messages and/or member profiles linking to
other Curves forums, commercial, religious, e-commerce, pornographic, or
any offensive sites are strictly prohibited and will be removed
immediately.
3) NO ADVERTISING.Messages and/or links to
other Web sites selling products advertising products and services are not
permitted. This means not only blatant advertising, but the advertising
that seeks out women in need of help, endears them to the poster (seller)
with their guarantees for success with a product. Beware of those asking
you to email them for more information.
4) Messages requesting
participation in and information for books, newspaper, magazine articles,
school papers or theses are not permitted.
5) Profanity is not
permitted on these boards, nor are links to sites containing pornography
or anything offensive. Anything deemed to be inappropriate or harmful for
viewing by children will be removed from these boards immediately. There
have often been children or young relatives of women looking into Curves looking for information to better understand, or to find
information for relatives who may not be on the Internet.

Please do not harass or attack other participants. Messages of a
confrontational manner are not permitted and will be removed at the
discretion of the Board Administrators. Continual harassment of any other
member will result in the termination of your account. If you take issue
with the nature or theory of a message, address the theory, but do not
attack the person proposing the theory.
7) Multiple member names
are not permitted use on these message boards. Masquerading as more than
one person is strictly prohibited.
8) Those found to be harvesting
E.mail addresses from these message boards for the purpose of selling
products or sending out spam will have their account/username terminated
immediately. [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] does not share E.mail addresses of our members
with anyone. We do not sell or share your E.mail address or any
information you provide during registration with anyone
else.
9) It is prohibited to request contributions of any kind
for any purpose.
10) This is a non-sectarian community. We are
women from every ethnic background. This community respects everyone's
personal beliefs. Links to religious sites and discussions about religion
are not permitted in the public forum.
11) Messages which do not comply with the [ARG:2 UNDEFINED] Guidelines will be removed
at the discretion of the
Board Administrators. Members who disregard these guidelines may be
banned, or have their account terminated without notice.
12) Do not include external links
in your signature. These will be removed and your ability to edit your signature may be removed. It
doesn't matter if it's for a good cause or 'just a link'.
This Web site
and these boards are a haven for support and friendship. They are NOT for
salespeople pushing products. DO NOT ADVERTISE OR LINK TO COMMERCIAL
WEB SITES ON THIS BOARD.
